A Finish to Show

I heard that my sister received the picture I stitched and framed for her, so I can finally post a picture of the finished piece. See, I do get things finished occasionally! Most of my stitching lately has been for gifts or exchanges so I have not been able to post pics of what I'm doing. This piece was a Bent Creek freebie that I knew as soon as I saw it, I would have to stitch it for my sister. It is stitched on 22ct hardanger over two because I found the frame and then had to make the stitched piece fit the frame! (Not to worry, I frequently go about things backwards! I will buy fabric or flosses I like and then figure out something to do with them instead of starting with a chart and pulling what I need to stitch it with.) If you are a daylily or iris fan or if you just like to look at pretty flowers, check out her website here.

How lovely - doesn't matter in which order, as long as it's done; right?
